Accessibility target and current status
We aim to make this publication and its working tools usable to the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard. Full conformance has not been established. Automated checks and source review cover only part of accessibility; they do not replace tests with people, browsers and assistive technology.
Latest review
Source, HTML and CSS validation and functional checks were carried out on 2 November 2026. The resulting changes address markup validity, keyboard navigation, labelled table scroll regions, document skip links, narrow-screen input sizing and print preparation. These are implementation and code checks, not a complete visual or assistive-technology audit.
Using this website
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter to follow links and Space to activate buttons or checkboxes. The mobile navigation moves focus to its first link when opened; Escape closes it and returns focus to the Menu button. Table scroll regions have descriptive names and can receive keyboard focus. The home-page tabs also support the arrow keys, Home and End.
A skip link leads to the main content or editable document. Status labels accompany the assessment colours. Reduced-motion preferences are respected by the authored styles. Choose the HTML or plain-text toolkit formats if they better suit your reading or assistive technology.
Checks still required
- Screen-reader task testing with NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on iOS and TalkBack on Android, including the local working tools.
- All 55 WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA criteria across the representative pages and interactive states.
- Rendered 320 px reflow, 200% text resize, text spacing, high zoom, contrast states and real-device interaction.
- Real print previews and pagination in Chrome, Firefox and Safari, including long completed working records.
- Accessibility of the supplied spreadsheet and downloaded records in the assistive technology used by their readers.
Those checks remain open because the required browser, device or assistive-technology test environment was unavailable for this review. No completion date has yet been confirmed. The interactive gap assessment, DPIA screening and editable record tools require JavaScript; the guidance and blank text downloads remain available without it.
